Born and raised in Hue, Chef Hai — with a great passion for food — loves delighting his guests with flavors that present the spirit and soul of his hometown. The city is widely known as the gastronomic capital of Vietnam. Among over 3000 national dishes, 2000 of those were created originally in the Imperial City of Hue by the Nguyen Dynasty Chefs to the Kings, which contributed greatly to the diversity of Hue cuisine.
