Friends of Hue Foundation is looking for an Project Manager for VAC program as the following announcement:rnPosition Title: Project ManagerrnClassification: Full time, 40 hours per week rnReports to: Executive Director; COO rnCompensation: $300 USD + Health InsurancernKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: rn- Communication with clients regarding new projects rn- Project mapping and creation rn- Management of updates/issues concerning existing projects rn- Communication with translation team and invoicing team rn- File and software management rn- Monitors Projects inbox and responds to client requests: rn. Answers all emails within 30 minutes (ideally: 10-15 min). If the inbox is very busy, priority should be given to large projects and Coordinator should escalate for further manpower. rn. Accepts projects according to e2f PRO-0044 – Project Coordination Processes rn- Creates projects on a regular basis (ideally: every 4-5 acceptations): rn. Uses e2f systems and follows project coordinator procedures (standard rnProjects should be created within 30 minutes (ideally: 10-15 min)) rn. Creates all projects for the next day asaprn.
