Center for Hue Imperial City’s Historical Information Interpretation and Virtual Reality Experience provides information for visitors visiting Hue Citadel and experiencing “In search of the lost Royal Palace of Hue” virtual reality entertainment service which enables users to access to online games via virtual reality space and interactive virtual reality simulation. The fascinating and brand-new service creates virtual world, clearly simulates lost and existing relics as well as interesting historical, cultural stories of Hue Citadel.
Project’s main product is that visitors can experience Hue Imperial Palace from virtual reality angel via digital film and virtual reality technology devices available at “Hue Imperial City’s Historical Information Interpretation Center and Virtual Reality Experience (VR) – In search of the lost Royal Palace of Hue”. In particular, visitors will be back to some 200 years ago to discover Hue Imperial City via simulation services (for example, VR Simulator – discover the majestic beauty of Hue Imperial City and observe every corner of the Imperial City from above; VR Beacon – have mysterious and surprising illusion experience by installing signal lighthouses on lost construction works). Thanks to VR devices, visitors can get basic information and observe the lost works.
Besides, visitors will also have a chance to enjoy ancient Hue Imperial city; feel every breath of the old day by VR Telescope; discover the Imperial City by VR Treadmills and experience modern as well as past cultural tourism models right in the palace (rituals related to royal music and dances, etc).
According to Director of Hue Monument Conservation Center Phan Thanh Hai, the project aims to provide high-tech entertainment service, attract visitors as well as create a highlight on visitor’s journey to discover Central Vietnam heritages.
